non prod instance are non compliant with ITOM SKU

Hello All,

We are just checking that our test and dev instance are showing over utilization of ITOM licenses.

How can we mitigate this or is there any repercussions  ? We are cloning prod cmdb to non prod

@Servicenow lear I recommend you to discuss this over utilisation with your ServiceNow account manager. They would be able to provide you the reason why this over utilisation was marked and will suggest the steps to remediate the same.
