not able to add column in any tables

Hi,

I am not able to add columns to any tables and getting "Security prevents writing to this field" message, which has been working fine so far but it started not working for some reason.

Attached is a newly created table but even system admin cannot add any columns on this and same issue happens on existing tables.   

Any insights on this? Thanks in advance.

Hey Harry, Did you try creating the columns using the "new" button?

It is also not working?

Are you on an application, which is different from the application where the table is created?

Hi Saikiran, yes I tried and it is also not working. 

Hi Sanjiv, I am not sure that I understood your question correctly, I think I am on same application and it was working so far with edit cell or adding new button for any tables

Hi Sanjiv, I am doing on same application, Global. 

Also, I checked ACL, Roles and other configurations which may be relevant in this issue but can`t find any issues so far. 

 

Does any one have any idea on this issue? Any comments will be very helpful and welcomed.
