Not able to clear my lists for non admin user in workspace

Hi,

 

I am not able to clear contents under my lists tab in workspace for a non admin user.

 

How can I achieve this?

What do you mean with 'clear list'? A list shows the records based on the filter you are using. Your screenshot shows all records, because that's what the filter says.

Under my lists there are views added.User wants to clear all contents under my lists
