Not able to create policy in CMDB Data manager in Vancouver version of ServiceNow.

When trying to save it, getting an error like " Error in creating policy. CMDB classes covered by this policy do not have matching life-cycle rules for retirement, see documentation for reference"

Kindly let me know, how to get this fixed.. it is working fine for attestation.

Hi @Shaqeel ,

Thank you so much for your response!!

I was trying to create "Retire policy" for Class of "Configuration Items" but then also the same error is showing.

For attestation, I was trying for "Business application" class it worked..

Best Regards,
