Not able to edit CIO Dashboard in UI Builder

I have been facing an issue with the CIO Dashboard for the last 2 weeks. I am not able to configure the tabs. Has anyone else faced this issue or can guide me on how to fix it?

Hi @ShubhamK3582660 

The CIO Dashboard comes with the Store app, so if there is an issue, it’s better to log a Now Support case. I assume you already have all the required roles for access and changes in it.

Thank you for suggesting. We have already raised a case with ServiceNow regarding this issue, but unfortunately, it has not been resolved for over a month.

Please add your SN account manager in loop.
