Hi all,
We have sent out a link to a survey that one can take as either logged in or not.
Now I hear from a survey taker that she is not able to submit her survey. On the last page/category, when she clicks on Submit, nothing happens. No error message, no loading, nothing. She is using Chrome.
Any idea where to look in order to troubleshoot this?
TIA
Annika

Hi!
This is only happening for this one user.
So we only distribute the survey url to select users, there is no email triggered. I was not able to replicate the issue.
I just heard back from the user now, she switched to Edge browser from Chrome and now she was able to submit. So likely some issue in her browser settings / cache or similar.... Chrome is supported obviously.
Thanks anyway, will mark this one as resolved since seems to be not a SNOW issue.

Hi,
Is this only happening for a single user or for all?
Did you try checking by triggering a survey to yourself if you can click on that button or not?
Also click on Preview in the Notification and try clicking on the same button to ensure there is no issue with the button itself.
Regards,
Shloke
