Not able to view the OOB service portal page

Hi,

I'm trying to view the OOB esc_sc_cat_item & sc_cat_item service portal pages but it is showing 

"You are either not authorized or record is not valid." although I've admin role. Any idea on what is going on here? Is it a role issue or is it a configurational issue ?

Hi

You have to pass the sys_id of the catalog item too that you want to view.

I hope you are passing the sysid in the url
id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=<sys_id of item>
