Notification/emails not triggering in Dev environment.

Hi,
The notifications are not triggering in the DEV. environment. It is not showing in the email logs as well. I see the events are triggered but cannot see in the logs that email has been generated.

Hi Naga,
Do check the recipients of the email notification are correctly set-up and do have a valid email address.
Also, if you are testing the emails and you are the only recipient, make sure "Send to event Creator" checkbox is checked.
Also, if both of the above things are checked then do check the error/warnings in the system logs, those might help you in identifying the issue.

Both the things are fine. the problem is that the email logs is showing nothing to troubleshoot

Hi Tony,
The article is consists of regular trouble shooting.
the problem here is though the conditions are met and events are fired and workflow notif. stage has passed the System logs>email doen't show the email log record.
If there was any issue with SMTP server then the recepient wouldn't be receiving the mail but the log should have contain it right?
If this is relevant/helps - when I was working on an update set there was an notification created by System on incident table with no name or conditions.
