Now Assist Configuration Error when choosing an input

Hey all,

We recently acquired licenses for Now Assist and are trying to configure the skills for HRSD. We have all sn_hr_gen_ai roles, as well as all the other "nowassist" roles, but we're still receiving an error when on the "Choose input" section. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? This is applies to the other HRSD skills and the Technology skills as well.

After HI Support took a look we needed to repair the platform Now Assist plugin. Errors were resolved at that point.
