Currently we are having an error where when someone uses the Now Mobile app in the Browse Services it is showing the correct items. However when the one you want is tapped it now takes all users to Get Help. If you search for a specific form rather than use Browse Services, or if you use Recent Services it works normally and goes to the correct item. Is there any configuration settings to check that would just affect this one section of the Now Mobile app?
