Once we click on back button it is showing all requests in my request widget.

If you are filtering (closed requests) and you open one of the requests to see what it is and then hit the back arrow to check a different request number, it defaults back to the Open Requests view instead of the view you had already filtered for. If the above can be addressed, this item may be a moot point, but if possible, it would be helpful.

This is OOTB behaviour so as a workaround you can open the record in new page only 

Windows

Cntrl + click on the request number

If you want to change the behaviour then it will customisation and you will have to clone the widget and replace it with OOTB.

is it possible to customize this oob behavior, I want if click back still it should show closed request once we hit the back button as we have already used the closed request filter.

If it is possible can you explain briefly or guide us on it?
