Hi, One specific user not able to add attachment. it is working fine for other users having same access. the user also tried to clear browser cache, tried another browser, different file type/size etc. but still no luck. any solution?

Please provide more info such as:
1. Is this in the platform or portal UI?
2. What table is this on? Also, what roles?
3. Is the user able to make other updates to the record?

Hi,
This is for portal UI, for sc_cat_item_producer table.
The user doesn't have backend/platform access so no roles are assigned. but it is working for other same access users.
