Hi, One specific user not able to add attachment. it is working fine for other users having same access. the user also tried to clear browser cache, tried another browser, different file type/size etc. but still no luck. any solution?

There is no error but when we click on attachment icon and select the file from local pc to upload, it doesn't show up on the portal.

Are you able to upload that same exact file from your account?
Do you have the same issue when you impersonate the user?
Did you try with a different file and different file type?

Hi,
from my account it is working, but not working when I impersonate the user. (tried same files& diff as well)
I checked 20 users having same access, out of those only 2 are facing this issue.

Do you have any custom ACLs or business rules on the attachment table? This could be the reason.
