Opening a link in email to chrome browser instead of default browser

As the recipient of an email from the servicenow system that contains a link, I can select the link so that it will open directly in the supported/chrome browser regardless of my default browser settings.

Is there a way to do so?

Hi Rakesh,

It is a client preference and I don't think ServiceNow could control that. ServiceNow simply sends a URL through the email.

You could find some more information for modifying the default behaviour here

windows - Specific browser for specific links - Super User

javascript - How can I open a link in the default web browser from an HTA? - Stack Overflow

Thanks,

Using Chromerun functionality worked for me. All the links are redirecting to chrome regardless of default browser.
