Order Guide Not Visible in Client Portal

Hi all,
I created a new Order Guide and it contains Catalog Items that are Active but not assigned to any Category. As the system administrator I have no problem viewing the Order Guide in my Category, but no one else can see it. It is assigned to the appropriate Category, it is Active, it is not hidden, it is not searchable despite having search terms, it has no "Available For" nor "Not Available For" settings (but it shouldn't need them). The Category appears for non-system administrator, but the Category contains no items. As far as I can tell, this Order Guide should be working, but it is not. I think I'm overlooking something simple, but I cannot see what. Any advice would be appreciated!

Hello Tim,
Was this ever answered? I am having the same problem. I need it to be searchable to everyone not just admin or itil. I believe it is something simple I am missing as well.
Any help you can offer would be great, thanks.
