Outage task & task number

Hi All,
any idea what is the purpose of the tasks related to an outage?
What is the difference between task and task number? As you can see there are 2 task linked to the outage and one of them has the Task value same as the task number on the incident. What is the purpose of this?

Hi @dev_K ,
Outage : Basically, Outage means getting a downtime so to understand this you can consider that in a particular incident for its solution we want a downtime so you can create an outage for that particular incident and mention the start and end time so to mention the interruptions.
So it might be possible that outage is created for multiple incidents of same type thats why you can see multiple incidents Task on related list.
If you go to incident 1838 & 0011 bring outages related list on form you can see same outage number for both incidents. Task number field might be the first incident for which outage was created.
