We are looking to see if it's possible, to enable a sync between ServiceNow and Outlook, that would allow our first level agents to access our 2nd level support agents Outlook calendars so they could create meetings with relevant Case details and corresponding calendar invites to attendees. And, have a calendar managed locally in ServiceNow to represent the engineers availability. The reservation would be included in Outlook for the logged in engineer as well as locally in ServiceNow. I see there is a ServiceNow Add-in for Microsoft Outlook,. That looks to be installed/configured within Outlook via Outlook administrator. And, not sure that would provide what we're looking for.
