Hi Team,
I am working on Bidirectional Pager duty and ServiceNow Integration.
When a note is added from Pager duty on an incident .In the ServiceNow it is showing the comment is Updated by the default user which I have configured for integration.
However INPLACE of the integration user I want, it will show the person name who Added the comment in pagerduty, Is it possible ?
Vice Versa is happening
As I can see in BR "PD Copy worknote to PagerDuty incident" have condition "gs.isLoggedIn() && gs.isInteractive()"
