Password reset when not logged in

We apologize for the additional password reset, but we would like to know if it is possible to self-reset the password without being able to log in to Azure AD and ServiceNow.
At the time of verification, both parties were done with authentication established, so could you share whether it is valid even in a situation where authentication is not possible?
Ideally, users who cannot log in to Azure AD and ServiceNow will apply and the password reset process will be automatically executed.

self-reset the password is not a good option to proceed as a solution.
You will create a privacy risk by doing that.
OOTB we not have any solution like that.

I don't think you as a developer should take this requirement. This is not good practice to self reset the password.
