I've checked all the previous posts about PDI's and unscheduled maintenance and no one had mentioned if their PDI was going to expire in like the next 24 hours or so when this happens (the unscheduled maintenance message) or really any follow-ups on if they got it back after the unscheduled maintenance was over.
I understand there is no actual support for PDI's and didn't think that backing a PDI up was really even an option (before now). I try to get in my PDI every week so I don't get the expiration warning emails, but with our project kicking off now it's low on the priority list, but I WAS still using it to learn and practice in.
Just wondering what my chances of getting it back after the maintenance even are at this point.. I'm guessing not good since some of the previous responses were that it lasted weeks or they never got the "it's available" notice they signed up to get (that you are given the option to request when it tells you why it's down).

Hi @kelliclarke0226 ,
as you mentioned several times, you know there is no support available, hence chance of getting it back is between 0-100%. Nobody knows and nobody can answer.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Not looking for a support response, their stance is clear on PDI's, it's user experience I'm curious about. If the behavior every time "unscheduled maintenance" occurs is you're going to lose it, no one has gotten theirs back, then I've learned my lesson.
