My PDI (https://dev147919.service-now.com/)
is showing status as 'offline'. I am having lot of my code work on that instance. I tried clearing the cache and refreshed the status couple of times but no luck.
Can someone please help me on the same.

Hi, unfortunately PDI's have minimal support and are not backed up by SNC, so if the instance does not restore and you have not manually created backups of your configuration/data I would suspect that it is gone for good.
How long has the instance been down? sometimes it can take 2-3 days for PDI's to be restored.

Hi there,
A bit the default answer... ServiceNow does not offer (official) support for PDIs. It's always advised to backup your work, use a repository, etc, etc..
