PDI will not wake up

Hello.

I have attempted to wake up my instance for 2 days.  But it will not come out of hibernation.

I will get a message to retry an when I click this I get another message to report o check again. 

The Report link does not do anything. 

Can I get some assistance with my PDI: dev167156

My PDI is scheduled to be reclaimed by end of day today 4/18/23

Hi @VivPhillips ,

 

The short answer is no - there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs. Furthermore, I can inform that the "give feedback" button which were previously available, has been removed. So in general, if your PDI doesn't come out of hibernation, you have two options as I see it.

 

  1. Go to developer site and try to refresh it
  2. If it doesn't work, only solution is to release and request a new instance.

Thanks @AndersBGS ,

I appreciate the helpful information and confirming the Give Feedback solution was no longer a viable option. 

 

I am going to release my instance and request a new one. While it is not the best solution, it is the only solution that seems feasible.
