Hello everyone ,
I'm new to Servicenow and I'm trying to open my personal PDI, but it keeps showing ' Instance is offline, please check again in few minutes'. I have already tried restarting my browser, but this issue persists.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated
