Performance Analytics: Difference between Workspace Analytics Center and Native UI Analytics Center

Anyone faced issue of Workspace Analytics Center not having same functionality while drilling down from PA widget? 

Eg: Export records from records view is not available via Workspace. Nor am i able to select the breakdowns on the go and do slice-dice of data.

Hi @Kadambari 

the Workspace Analytics Center is a complete new implementation of all reporting and dashboards capabilities. Therefore, is quite normal that in the beginning some well-know features from the legacy report builder are missing or maybe not behaving the same.

If you think there is an issue within the Workspace Analytics Center, I recommend raising a ticket in the support portal. That way, you can help to enhance the product and to eliminate defects.

Thank you @Maik Skoddow , we have already raised this with ServiceNow but was hoping someone will have a workaround for this 🙂
