Hi Team,
Good morning!,

I need help for PA.

calculate Uptime  = ((Total business service*24*7)-total outage duration(cmdb_ci_outage)/24*7*100.

when i selected in breakdown time in formula and output is not come up, please help me what i need to do it?

Please share some further explanation for what is not working - don't fully understand your requirement. Please also share some snips of your configuration, as it then will be much easier to help you.
