Place Related list tab on anywhere

Hi,
I have a related list and two form sections 1. Requester Info 2. Assign details.
I have to place the related list tab on anywhere on the form then how can I do this ? please see the screenshot.
the Red rectangular is a related list tab and I want this to be place either beside assign details tab (blue arrow) or above both tabs (long red rectangular)

@Adil a The blue section you are referring to is a form section and you can't put a related list inside it. The related list can either be shown in the bottom or you can use the embedded list to show them on the form. The related list has fixed place on Form and you cant change if I am not wrong. The red arrow show the section.

Only way to put a reference on the form is to put the field on there, so you can click through. It's impossible to put your related list on the form itself.
