Playbook tab not visible in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

Hi guys,

 

We created new playbooks. Playbook tab in related lists, should be visible by default when it satisfies the trigger condition. In default agent workspace, Playbook tab is visible..

 

BUT, it's not visible in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. Can anyone please help on this?

You will need to configure the workspace a little bit to achieve this,

Can you please check the link that you shared? It's not valid one.

(((UPDATE: Please note that the article refers to the LEGACY workspace, NOT the new configurable workspace.

(see breadcrumbs "Setting up your legacy workspace > Setting up Record View in legacy workspace")

Therefore this doesn't respond to the original question)))

Which suggests to create a new config on this list of records under the "Contextual Side Panel" option... (I haven't tried it yet, I'll report back):
