Playbook tab not visible in CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace

Hi guys,

 

We created new playbooks. Playbook tab in related lists, should be visible by default when it satisfies the trigger condition. In default agent workspace, Playbook tab is visible..

 

BUT, it's not visible in the CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace. Can anyone please help on this?

the link talks about for Agent workspace and not for new Configurable workspace for CSM/FSM
