I am unable to update plugin  can anyone please help me on this , what steps i need to take here .

 

Please provide steps to update .

Hi Nani @nameisnani ,

Hope you're doing well!

 

Are you using domain separation?

If yes - you might need to be in global domain and your user account's domain should be global.

 

If no - Can you try in some other Browser? If its not helping, go to developer.servicenow.com and then click on Manage Instance and then click on Refresh Status to see if that helps.

or You might want to check for orphan record in the Applications table (sys_scope) for the same plugin you're trying to install and if exists, you need to delete it.
