I am trying to activate some plugins and it keeps failing with above error. I appreciate any help. This has happened two days in a row.

If you are working on Developer instance, many of the time you will see this message while working with plugins if checking from developer community.


But if you check actually on your instance, most of the time you will find plugin got installed successfully.

Any of the plugins I was trying was failing. But now its working. Thanks !

Seems like these problems only happen late night around 10pm or later...It works fine during the day (EST)


Check if the instance is busy during these times. May be scheduled jobs generating lots of events?
