Hi @eyal abu hamad ,

No, you cannot edit the fields from list view in project workspace as it is a UI Builder data visualization, not the classic list (the pm_project.list view).

You can edit the record by:

  1. Open a record in workspace and edit it.
  2. Open the record in the classic UI (native view/backend)

You cannot edit fields directly from the list view in Project Workspace because it’s a UI Builder–based data visualization, not the classic list (pm_project.list) view. Inline editing is not supported there.

If you need to make changes, you can:

  • Open the project record inside the workspace and edit it there, or

  • Open the same record in the classic UI (backend view) and make the updates.

Hope this clarifies.

Go to sys_ux_list and look for pm_project table and edit list related actions. Make sure the user has necessary role(s) or ACL(s) to perform list_edit operations
