Hi @eyal abu hamad ,
No, you cannot edit the fields from list view in project workspace as it is a UI Builder data visualization, not the classic list (the pm_project.list view).
You can edit the record by:
- Open a record in workspace and edit it.
- Open the record in the classic UI (native view/backend)
If my response helped, please mark it as the accepted solution so others can benefit as well.

You cannot edit fields directly from the list view in Project Workspace because it’s a UI Builder–based data visualization, not the classic list (pm_project.list) view. Inline editing is not supported there.
If you need to make changes, you can:
-
Open the project record inside the workspace and edit it there, or
-
Open the same record in the classic UI (backend view) and make the updates.
Hope this clarifies.
If you found my response helpful, I would greatly appreciate it if you could mark it as "Accepted Solution" and "Helpful."
Your support not only benefits the community but also encourages me to continue assisting. Thank you so much!
Thanks and Regards

Go to sys_ux_list and look for pm_project table and edit list related actions. Make sure the user has necessary role(s) or ACL(s) to perform list_edit operations
Follow below article for reference
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
Bhuvan
