Portal preview showing empty screen

Hi All,

 

when I click on open in designer in Edit case portal is available to see. But when I click on preview It's showing empty screen. Please let me know why this happened.

Look like cache issue. try cache.do

Is it  happening only for desktop view or other as well?

Try to make changes in other pages and try. Also better repair the Service Portal Plugin once.

It may take some time to load. Try clearing the cache and see if it works.
