Portal preview showing empty screen

Hi All,

when I click on open in designer in Edit case portal is available to see. But when I click on preview It's showing empty screen. Please let me know why this happened.

Hello @Sirri 

From the screenshot sp is the portal name with Service Portal is the page name. You can also click on these two buttons to see the other portals and pages respectively.

Though ideally it shouldn't be the case because what you see in designer should appear in preview. These are some of the troubleshoot method you can try.
