Need to create POST API to to create an incident ..There are two dependent Fields 1 category 2 subcategory which are dependent on 3 service field ..backend names taken correctly of these three fields. by using rest API explorer we are able to create incident but the values in these fields are empty can anyone suggest how to achieve this.
