I am not able to find from where we are setting Predfined filters that we can use in Agent workspace. See below existing filter, I need to create new but have no idea where can I do it.

Hello TT,
I think those are Indicator Sources.
Please go to Performance Analytics > Sources > Indicator Sources and check if the values you are seeing there are also displayed in that table.
At least some of them I can see in a PDI:
Please mark my answer as correct and helpful if it is relevant for you!

Yes, I see them now, however, what is the difference between Indicator Sources and filter? are they same? Do I have to add it here to utilize?

Hello TT,
As stated in the official documentation:
Indicator sources are data sets consisting of filtered records from one table or database view.
A filter restricts what records appear in a list by providing a set of conditions each record must meet to be included in the list.
So, basically the difference is that the filter represents conditions to apply on top of a data set, while the indicator sources represent a data set already filtered.
That is the main difference between them.
Please mark my answer as correct and helpful if it is relevant for you!
Thanks,
Filipe Cruz

Actually these are report sources
report > administration > report course
if the table matches, predefined filters will appear
