We have OOB Similarity solution definition for similar incidents do we have any oob scripts for populating or showing similarity solution in incident form ?

ServiceNow provides OOB Similarity Solution Definitions and ML-based recommendation capabilities, but there is no direct OOB script that automatically populates similar incident solutions on the Incident form. To display recommendations contextually, we typically leverage Agent Assist or implement lightweight customizations using Similarity APIs, Script Includes, and Workspace components.

Yes, In System if you navigate to Predictive ->similarity solution definition, you can see OOB sample definition are given on incident.

that i know what's my question is if we create incident will it show  any info like similar incident exists or do we need to do anything to show or recommend similar incident

If you have agent Assist , you can try with Predictive Intelligence for HR - Use similarity to help agents solve issues faster (Article 2)
