Print RITM record once request is approved

I have a requirement where I need to automatically download/print the request_item (RITM) page using script and send it to a corresponding group via email. is that possible.

Hi,

Your requirement is unclear.

You cannot print something, and then expect the printout to be sent by email.

And if you are sending the data by email, why should you print it?

I would like to suggest that an automated email with the contents of the RITM is enough?

I don't think you can print or download or take screenshot of a record form through script.

Best you can do is that in email script you can create your own custom UI form like structure in or any desired structure and populate field values which you want to be embedded in the email. 

Then call that email script in your email notification and than trigger that email to desired group when REQ is approved.
