Hi @Community Alums ,

My requirement is "The Proactive trigger should populate up with the option "Password reset" once I type in Password reset in the search menu. I dont want to hit enter after typing in the search menu."

Hi @Community Alums,

Yes, i have configured the proactive trigger. But I am trying to achieve the functionality that if  I type in Password reset in the search menu, without hitting the enter, automatically the proactive trigger should pop up with the password reset option.

Can this be achievable?
