Problem with searching articles in People Hub (HR Service Now) using keywords and titles

Hi All,
We are experiencing a problem with searching articles in People Hub (HR Service Now) using keywords and titles.

Details:

1. If we have an article titled "Knowledge Base," the system does not display this article when we search for it using the same keywords, such as "Knowledge Base."

2. Similarly, the system does not recognize or retrieve articles based on keywords stored in the "Meta" field.
3. We are facing this issue with only some of the articles, those articles is in publish state and their validity date are set to the future
