production Instance is slow for some users.

Hi,

Our production instance is performing very slow for few users even though they have good internet connection.

* we already try clearing cache.do and clearing browser history but it didn't worked out.

* home page widgets are same for all users. 

I wanted to know what would be the reason, Please help me out if anybody aware of this.

You can Speak to HI to check this on their end. They will be able to confirm or deny if there is any issue with any of the nodes or Load Balancer.

We raised HI ticket and received temporary solution saying.

Cause: Loading a chat history taking time.

Solution: Clear the chat history and  tried worked perfectly.
