Hi Team,
We have deployed Project Workspace in our sub-prod and are facing an issue in which we are unable to Add a Task to existing Projects.
The same method does work for new projects in the same Project Workspace.
We can create/add tasks to existing projects in My Project Space (old Project), just not in the New Project Workspace.
Any starting points would be a help.

The issue was the Schedule field was not populated.
Schedule field is the working schedule/calendar of the project.
Our field was hidden as we didn't use it before.
Once it is populated, the tasks are able to be added.
This only effects current projects viewed in Project Workspace.

Check if there are any specific conditions or validations that might prevent adding tasks to existing projects. Compare these scripts with the ones used in My Project Space (old Project) where task creation works.
Analyze System Logs: Look into the system logs to identify any error messages or warnings related to the task creation process in the New Project Workspace. Pay attention to any specific error codes or stack traces that might provide insights into the root cause of the issue.
Compare Workflows: Compare the workflows used in the New Project Workspace and My Project Space. Look for any differences in the workflow configurations, conditions, or approval processes that could be affecting the task creation functionality.
Validate Dependencies: Check if there are any dependencies on other modules or applications that could be impacting task creation in the New Project Workspace. Ensure that all required modules are installed and functioning correctly.

I have forwarded this over to our Development team and they are also working with Hi Support.
I will reply later with the fix in case anyone else runs into this issue.
