Provide Attachments on Multi-row Variable Set

I am using MRV's to submit the request for DNS creation for new applications being released in the organization. Here I want the users to attache the certificates for each sites they were adding in the request. How do we provide the attachment for rows added in the MRV's?

are you in London?

are you using oob multirow variable set?

we dont have a attachment datatype,so you need to create a custom widget to do this
