Providing access to edit Variables in an RITM

Hi all,

I am trying to give a group of users access to some of the variables in one of the RITM (Catalog item) called Video.  

1. Created a role called video_conferencing_edit

2. Created an ACL record as follows:

3. Give the role to the group where the user I am testing with belong to, and confirmed that he has the role.

4. On the Catalog item called Video, for each of the fields I want them to edit, I added the role in the Permission tab:

5. Then I impersonated the test user.  He still cannot edit those fields.  

Please let me know what steps I am missing...  😞  Any help is highly appreciated.  Thanks.

Instead of doing this as an ACL you could do this alternative ways. Here is a thread that has some options.
