Push notification not sending Mobile App

Hello

We have a requirement  for When ever the New incident is Created the push notification message should be in mobile app.  The issue i am facing here is after setting all the below fields i am not able to receive any notification (we are in tokyo ) and i also enabled  it in the notifications too . What exactly am i missing ?

all the notificaiton is OOB available in the Instance

You also need to add it to the "Push Application" (Service>Now Request Application for NOW Mobile). So you add the content in there in the default tab, and it should work! 🙂

Do i need to add it in Servicenow Request Application or Servicenow Mobile Application?

Because my Push messgae and Push message content is for Servicenow Mobile application

 suggest me how to solve this?

Yes, you should add the "ServiceNow Mobile Application". And yes, your message looks fine as it has both that and "Agent". You just need to add it to the default section under "PUsh default registrations"
