Push notification not sending Mobile App

Hello
We have a requirement for When ever the New incident is Created the push notification message should be in mobile app. The issue i am facing here is after setting all the below fields i am not able to receive any notification (we are in tokyo ) and i also enabled it in the notifications too . What exactly am i missing ?
all the notificaiton is OOB available in the Instance
Help me in this

And also make sure you have the record in the sys_push_notif_msg table!

I have Added OOB Incident Created Notification to the Servicenow Mobile application Record, and checked but the Mobile app is not receiving Notifications.

can you try to change the notifications conditions and check whether it is triggering or not

Tried that also but it is not triggering in the push notificaiton also.
