Hi,
I'm trying to test integrating a self configured ms teams bot to servicenow using the documentation :
But the mentioned tabs and page details are not shown in my instance. Such as "Channels and Integrations"
The page looks like this.
What is the reason for this, is there some plugin I need to install?
I have installed all the related plugins : sn_msteams_ahv2, sn_va_teams, com.glide.cs.chatbot
Version : Utah

Well It was in Utah but found the root cause of it. The issue is "Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set" plugin is not updated during all the plugin installations. You need to update it manually, after that the Conversational Interface page gets updated.
I have learned that the page URL is "<instance name>/now/conversation/settings/channel-settings" I went there and the page wasn't loading but from there I saw the title of the page, so I checked the UI Builder to see that page "CI Admin Experience" and it turns out the application for that page is "Omni-Experience Standard Feature Set".
Then I checked the plugins with that name and and updated it thats it!

Hi @Cuneyt Bozok ,
If you are using a tokyo version. Heading will come as -Channel .
but if you're using Utah or Later Version. Heading will appear as - Channels and integration.
Thanks,
Abhishek
