recently we are upgraded to Washington release in my instance html hyper link is not working

Hi Team,

please help me the below code not working in Washington Upgrade this code i used in workflow before upgrade its working 

var Url_link = '[code]<a href="' + url + link + '" target="_blank">' + current.number + '</a>[/code]';

gs.info("Url_link"+Url_link);

//Preset Value for u_work_note

var valuedWork = Url_link1 + " has automatically updated this catalog item.\n";

result i am getting : <a href="https://boehringereval.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=sc_req_item.do?sys_id=c8fc6f2f1becce1081fabbb88..." target="_blank">RITMEVAL3983953</a> has automatically updated this catalog item.

i want hyper link for RITM that not working 

i have tried without [code] but its not working if any other way please ley me or correct me .

Something known issue to me now. 2-3 days back same issue was raised by another user. Recommended either repair the plugin and log a now support case.
