Since I have multiple sources and do not have CMDB 360 installed on my instance, the requirement is to update the "IT Application Owner" field using the "Dragnet" source only if the "IT Application Owner" field is empty. However, sometimes we update this field manually, so we want the Dragnet application to update it only when it's empty. Currently, it's updating the Owner field regardless of the filter condition.

Please help.

The simple way is do a rest call to Dragnet source to pull the data and make an condition if IT Application owner is blank only them it will update the target table.

As cmdb 360 will help to achieve this in simpler way.
