Record producer is not linking the variable set

Hi
There are 2 issues that i am experiencing -
Issue 1:
I have created my first record producer called Log an incident.
I linked the basic information like caller, mobile phone, line manager etc. using Variable sets.
On the front end, it is working perfectly fine, however when the ticket is logged, it did not pull the user details in the incident (backend)
Front end -
Backend -
2nd issue - again its linked with the same record producer, I mapped the category and subcategory, and it is working perfectly fine on the front end, however at the backend it is not pulling the data.
can you please advise how to link the variable set and the variable so it will be pull the data at the backend?

Hi Danish,
do you know what table i can use to show the business service as well as configuration items at the front end.
This is needed when user is logging a ticket on the portal, he can choose the relevant business service / CI.
Business Service-
Configuration item-
this is how it is configured. Not sure what else to select here.

For business service field u can select 'cmdb_ci_service' this table under choice table field.

what do you mean by it's working fine in front end?
Unless you map those variables with the table field the information won't flow from variable to field
What mapping you did?
